Planetworks sources and distributes event (live, or tapped) programming to about 15 million homes.  Some of the larger affiliates who take this type of content include AT&T, Charter, Insight, Mediacom and Verizon.  For PPV distribution, events are distributed to an additional 9 million homes along with delivery, on a program by program basis, to Dish Network and Direct TV covering just over 30 million homes in total.

Below is a broad outline of our non-exclusive licensing terms: 

• Delivery – to operators, including cable, telco, satellite, Broadband,  IPTV, multi-platform and other closed network systems.
  

• License Period  - 90 days window (negotiable on dates based on your requirements)

• Materials – Betacam tapes are preferred, but files are accepted*. One key art image
  

• Encoding – No encoding costs.

• Transport – No transport costs

• Formats – SD and/or HD
  

• Reporting and Payment – begins 75 days after the first month of exhibition and continuing every 45 days thereafter.
  

• Territory – U.S., Europe, Canada, Caribbean, Latin America including Mexico & South America**.
